• Do Not Accept Damaged Packages: If the package is delivered in a damaged condition, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.

• Unboxing Video Requirement: A complete unboxing video is mandatory for initiating a return or exchange. Ensure that any damage or issue is clearly visible in the video to process your request smoothly.

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days after the returned product is received by us. OR

• Exchanges will be processed and shipped within 3 days at no extra shipping cost after we receive the returned product.

Handloom sarees are crafted with care and natural variations, making each piece unique. Here’s a guide to help differentiate between natural traits and defects:

What’s NOT Considered a Defect?

1. Weaving Inconsistencies:

• Small knots or bumps in threads.

• Irregular threads in borders.

• Slubs (tiny knots of bundled threads).

• Minor gaps in motifs or pallu.

2. Color Variations:

• Thread color mixing due to warp and weft techniques.

• Slight differences in color due to display settings.

What IS Considered a Defect?

• Tears or holes in the fabric.

• Incorrect saree length not matching the product description.

• Missing blouse piece (if mentioned as included).

All defect-related returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair resolution at the earliest.

Non-Eligible Returns or Exchanges

1. RTO (Return to Origin):

• Customers must provide a valid shipping address and an active contact number. Vishwamukha Silks will not be held responsible for incorrect deliveries due to an invalid address or wrong contact information provided by the customer.

• Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect addresses will result in the package being returned to our warehouse. Reshipping requests will incur additional shipping charges.

2. Colour Mismatch:

• While we strive for accurate colour representation, slight variations may occur due to screen differences. Such variations are not valid reasons for return or refund.

3. International Orders:

• Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not applicable to international orders.

4. Sale and Clearance Items:

• Products purchased during special sales or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Customized Orders:

• Sarees altered with fall and edging or other customizations are not eligible.

6. Gift Vouchers:

• Orders for gift vouchers cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
